Accessibility
Storeboard LLC wants StoreboardSearch.com to be usable by everyone, including people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or use a keyboard, screen reader, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We are working to make StoreboardSearch.com meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities.
Today the site partially meets this standard. Some parts of the site do not yet fully meet it, and we are fixing them in stages.
What we are doing
- We reviewed the site against WCAG 2.1 AA in October 2026 and are fixing what we found, starting with the problems that affect the most people.
- We have restored a visible keyboard focus indicator, allowed pinch-zoom on every page, and stopped videos from playing sound on their own.
- We are adding text descriptions to images, labels to form fields, and keyboard support to menus and pop-up windows.
- We test new pages and features for accessibility before they are released.
Known limitations
While this work is underway, you may run into these problems:
- Some menus, category lists and buttons can only be used with a mouse.
- Some images, especially in business listings, do not yet have text descriptions.
- Some search and sign-in fields are not yet labeled for screen readers.
- Some pop-up windows do not move keyboard focus or close with the Escape key.
- On phones, some pages show a reduced desktop layout and may need zooming.
Content posted by members and other companies. Business profiles, photos, videos, posts and documents are created by our members, and some content comes from other companies, such as YouTube videos, maps and advertising. We do not control this content, and it may not meet the standard. We encourage members to describe their photos and caption their videos.
