| Laundry Pickup began in September 2020, founded to bring back true convenience and quality in laundry service during a time when many others were stretched thin.
We saw people in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Inner Sydney juggling work, family, and all the demands of daily life — laundry should not be one of them. So we created a service that picks up your laundry, handles washing, ironing or steaming, and delivers it back perfectly folded, so you don’t have to worry about drop-offs, waiting in line, or struggling with heavy bags.
Right from the start, we focused on doing more than just “cleaning clothes.” We built our business around exceptional service — being reliable, professional, and caring about every detail. We added subscriptions, custom options, and premium laundry care to ensure every customer feels their laundry is treated with the attention it deserves.
Though we launched during a challenging time, our streamlined operations, contactless pickup & delivery, and strong focus on customer satisfaction helped us grow steadily. It’s that foundation of trust and high-quality service that continues to guide us as we expand our reach and offerings. |
